Dungeons & Dragons

Dungeons & Dragons Therapy Groups

Dungeons & Dragons is a therapeutic tabletop group program designed to help children develop communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills through imaginative role-playing adventures.

Some children find social interaction, group participation or flexible thinking challenging. Our trained Occupational Therapists guide participants through collaborative quests in a supportive and engaging environment.

Program details

Every session provides many opportunities for your child to develop important life skills, including social communication, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, problem solving, teamwork, turn-taking, following instructions, attention and concentration — all while working together on imaginative adventures and collaborative storytelling.

Sessions are guided by a qualified Occupational Therapist, who provides in-the-moment coaching and support to help children build confidence and develop social and emotional tools in a safe and supportive group environment.
