We are a specialised service offering neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed occupational therapy. But we don’t just make sure our clients feel supported, we go out of our way to ensure that everyone in our team has the same, if not more, support than what they provide to their clients.
But aren’t all practices the same?
The short answer is no.
Our top priority is our staff and their well-being. From ensuring you have the right equipment and tools to do your job well to offering LOADS of training and professional development opportunities, we know that feeling supported is the most important thing that we can offer our team. We go out of our way to support you so all you have to worry about is being the best therapist you can be.
We have a dedicated, custom-built sensory gym – complete with a rock climbing wall. Even our small rooms are large.
But we aren’t just inside all day either. We also spend time outside running groups. Our group programs are unique in North Queensland. We have the license for Sense Rugby and are the first (and currently only) provider offering dedicated nature-based therapy every week.
